Last year, we launched our inaugural State of Localization 2021 survey and subsequent report with the aim of learning more about the localization industry’s best practices, trends, and priorities for a year ravaged by pandemic.

Over the course of the last year, we’ve heard from many leaders about what it takes to ensure that customers around the world can understand and engage with a company’s products and services in the language that works best for them. Those responsibilities go beyond localization - many other departments (including marketing, product, sales, services, and more) are involved in the process of building a global experience for their customers.

That’s why we’re excited to launch our latest industry survey with a new name and a new focus: State of Global Experience 2022

In this 9-minute survey, you’ll see questions that aim to gather a better understanding of localization trends, best practices, and important priorities for the individuals tasked with building global experiences within companies worldwide. This year’s survey will be cross-departmental and will collect responses from companies in all industries and of all sizes.

As a thank you for participating, every qualified survey respondent that completes the survey will be entered for a chance to win our $1,000 grand prize.

The survey will be running from January 13, 2022 to April 1, 2022, so get started today!
